We even have child care and kids programs. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. Where we perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. CrossFit fitness classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.
Come experience our workouts, our community and our coaches first hand. CrossFit classes begin with a group warm-up and an explanation of the workout and the exercises to be performed. The workout is adapted to each individual's ability and experience.
