We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

We offer a CrossFit class schedule that features over 40 classes per week, including strength, Olympic Weightlifting, and CrossFit Kids classes, allowing our members to train as often as possible.

Crossfit has changed my life
As for my CF experience…I have noticed a huge impact on my daily activities, especially being a Police Officer. Chasing a suspect down and still having energy at the end of the chase is extremely important. Before CF I cannot honestly say that I was in good enough physical condition to not be winded at the end of a chase. After almost 2 months at GCF I have seen a definate improvement, not only in my strength, but in my endurance.
I have finally found my home away from home and will continue to show up week after week for a long time to come.
Thanks to GCF, Darrin, Diana, Sara, and all the others who have motivated me, pushed me, and kicked me in the butt to become a better person all around.
