Welcome to Graham CrossFit, where the potential to reach your fitness goals is completely obtainable! We will guide you toward making the right choices to living a healthy and fit lifestyle. 

CrossFit is an incredibly effective method of burning fat and building muscle in a bootcamp style class. CrossFit fitness is a core strength and conditioning program. We perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are instructor-led, and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

At Graham CrossFit, we pride ourselves on the warm atmosphere of our facility, the top-notch training provided by our staff, and the incredible members who complete our family! We offer a CrossFit class schedule that features over 40 classes per week, including strength, Olympic Weightlifting, and CrossFit Kids classes, allowing our members to train as often as possible.

You'll never see another place like Graham CrossFit. Everything about our facility is custom-designed, from our weightlifting platform to our pull-up structure. Even our exercise programming is unique - we design constantly varied and constantly challenging workouts to keep your fitness level at its best. You can forget about wondering what to do every time you walk into the gym - we take care of that for you!

The training environment that we have at Graham CrossFit is full of support and plenty of good-natured competition. Since we are family-owned and operated, we know how much that support matters, so we strive to make our members feel like they are part of the family too!

  • What I love the most about Graham Crossfit is that it will improve your quality of life. No matter your age or fitness level when you start, if you are consistent, you will get stronger and your overall quality of life will increase tremendously. This is not your ordinary qym, it is a “school of fitness” and the coaches will work with you to ensure you become the best you can be. The variety of workouts will keep you from getting bored, and the comraderie will push you to do your best every time. Like I said, your life will change, after 2 1/2 years of being at GCF and at the age of 48, I am stronger and more fit than ever in my life and doing things I never imagined I could do. Every day I look forward to learning new skills and continuing to push the limits, thanks to GCF and the Shaws!!

  • If I had to describe Graham CrossFit in one word, it would be Family. Since joining GCF I have had nothing but positive experiences, coupled with constant motivation and great workouts. The “box” or workout space at GCF is huge! I was lucky enough to choose GCF as my first CF gym and after seeing the sizes of other gyms, I am amazed at the room we have to workout without bumping into others. We are all motivated to push each other, regardless of the fitness level. There is no cockyness, badmouthing, or “I’m better than you” attitudes at GCF that I had experienced at regular gyms.

    As for my CF experience…I have noticed a huge impact on my daily activities, especially being a Police Officer. Chasing a suspect down and still having energy at the end of the chase is extremely important. Before CF I cannot honestly say that I was in good enough physical condition to not be winded at the end of a chase. After almost 2 months at GCF I have seen a definate improvement, not only in my strength, but in my endurance.

    I have finally found my home away from home and will continue to show up week after week for a long time to come.

    Thanks to GCF, Darrin, Diana, Sara, and all the others who have motivated me, pushed me, and kicked me in the butt to become a better person all around.
