The Results Are In...!

Our 24 Day Challenge was a HUGE success! Thank  you to everyone for working so hard, sticking to your eating plan, and getting in your workouts! Collectively  as a group,

we lost 178 Pounds and 222 Inches!

Yes, you read that right... 178 pounds and 222 inches lost in 24 days! Wow! But, this was a challenge and we two overall winners: Most Inches Lost and Best Before/After Photo... and the winners are...

Most Inches Lost - Congratulations to Tammy Heldt! She lost 18 inches!

Best Before/After - Jennifer Cadena! Jennifer lost over 10 inches! See her pictures below.
