This is one of my favorite sayings! What a great 6 weeks we've had of heavy back squats. I am so proud of everyone's hard work, dedication to improving their technique and ALL the awesome Personal Records that have been broken! Many of you broke your PR by 10 pounds, 20 pounds, or more! That is quite simply... awesome! Keep up the great work and you can look forward to our next cycle of Front Squats! Because, yes, these squats make your butt look amazing, your abs look fabulous, and the rest of your CrossFit workout easy!
