It’s not about whether or not you Rx the workout, what the scale says you weigh, or what you look like… the key to achieving your results is coming to class - consistently! Tonight, I want to give a huge shout-out to Hayley who made it to 5 classes this week AND she’s happy to report that she’s lost a half-inch off her waist! I am so proud of her hard work!
