What's Your Excuse?

Posted on October 24th, 2012

I hear it all the time, “I’d love to try CrossFit, but I’m scared… It’s intimidating… I could NEVER do that.” The truth of the matter is, CrossFit is not scary, nor intimidating and you CAN do it. At Graham CrossFit we work hard to provide quality beginner classes, teach proper technique and movement, ease new members into our program slowly and safely, and we make it F-U-N! All you have to do is take the first step and come see us for yourself.

Take, for instance, Lynn. She’s 67 years young…  yes, you read that correctly, she’s 67 and she didn’t let fear, intimidation, or negative thoughts affect her. She came in the first day with back pain, which was being treated with medication and she was in sever lack of sleep because the pain kept her up at night. She entered our beginner program, followed our coaching and now she is pain free, medication free, and sleeps at night!

“Graham CrossFit keeps me alive and my brain in gear. I have more confidence, my daily activities are easier like gardening, moving things around in my house, reaching my cast iron kettles from the top shelf. I can pick up my 60 pound grandson without worrying about my back. I love Crossfit!” ~ Lynn

What’s holding you back from achieving the results and body you want?

Take advantage of your FREE week of classes and see what impact we can have on your life!
