Graham CrossFit is excited to announce that we are adding MORE classes effective November 1! This means more options to make it even easier to come to class!
We're also adding a NEW class called 20/20: a shorter version of our already successful CrossFit class. This class will offer 20 minutes of high intensity cardio and 20 minutes of CrossFit! Perfect for those on-the-go or who want to squeeze in a workout during the day!

12:15pm - Yes a lunch time class offered Mon/Wed/Fri
12pm & 1pm on Sundays! We now have structured classes 7 DAYS A WEEK!
5:30am & 6:30am classes now offered Mon/Wed/Fri!
