

Since starting Graham CrossFit almost 3 years ago, I've lost 35-40 pounds of unwanted weight and gained a lot of strength. I've increased my deadlift from 285 to 450 pounds, my back squat from 250 to 370 pounds, and I couldn't even overhead squat a beauty bar when I started and I just hit a new personal record in my overhead squat of 225.
My overall fitness level has significantly improved and I am in better shape at 37 years old than I was at 20 playing college baseball! I've had nurses at doctor's appointments comment on my low resting heart rate and blood pressure.
Graham CrossFit has truly changed and significantly improved my family's life. My wife (who also CrossFits) and I are much healthier but CrossFit has brought us so much more than that to our family. We have amazing friends!
As a police officer I've also been able to influence my co-workers to start CrossFit and now they frequently stop by my desk to talk about workouts and nutrition.
Overall, I have a stronger, more fit approach to life and I often catch myself thinking, "If I can get through some of my workouts, I can definitely do anything!"
